Shihan Manoj K S is the founder and national representative of Bodhidharma JKS India and direct member of Japan Karate Shoto Renmei, Tokio Japan. He is entitled as an accomplished martial artist with proven skills in Karate (Shotokan and Okinawan Goju-Ryu), Kick Boxing, Kobu-do and Kalari.
Shihan Manoj won rank 5th DAN in Karate at the age of 36 and 3rd DAN at 30 in Kobu-do, which is a remarkable progression in his career. Shihan also has a deep interest and passion for Kalari too.
Shihan Manoj holds many important positions such as Official examiner of JKS Tokio, Kumite Judge of AKF and National Chief of Matayoshi Kobu-Do (Okinawa) which is affiliated to Academy of International Kobu-do Kyo Kai headquartered in France. His latest performance was at JKS Sri Lanka Karate Championship where he won the gold medal in Kata.

Tournaments/Achievements
To sharpen his martial arts skills, he has travelled overseas and attended seminars of Shihan Masao Kagawa, Ishikawa and Yamaguchi in Japan, Sensei Kamal in the Middle East and Sensei Zenei Oshiro in France. He travelled overseas to participate in martial art tournaments including both nationals and internationals.
In 2007, Shihan witnessed the JKS World Tournament and Funakoshi’s 50th Anniversary Seminar in Japan. He also attended JKS seminars in the years 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.
His latest journey was to France & Dubai in 2015 and latest performance was at JKS Sri Lanka Karate Championship where he won the gold medal in Kata.
